Laura is a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Executive Search Recruiter for Galvin-Rowley Executive. She brings a wealth of varied and extensive experience recruiting professionals across all disciplines, as well as engagement strategy, people planning and market insights. Laura’s background spans many facets of the recruitment and HR industry from business partnering, search, mid to SLT appointments, psychometrics, managing recruitment teams and classroom/121 training for newly established recruitment professionals.
Liz Hunter

Liz Hunter joined Galvin-Rowley Executive in 2022 and brings 25 years of experience as a highly successful business and people leader spanning manufacturing, telecommunications, Not-For-Profit, and local government industry sectors. Identifying and developing top talent has been a key theme of Liz’s career. Most recently, Liz has held the role of CEO with Westgate Health, an inner-city NFP with over 10,000 members and operating two centres in South Kingsville and Newport providing a range of health services including GP’s and specialist health providers.
Melissa Bridge
Senior Associate
Melissa has more than 20 years of experience specialising in attracting and recruiting talent with an extensive background in recruiting
management and C-Level roles. Her interest in also people led her to complete a master of Human Resources. She has spent many years managing large multinational businesses’ HR functions before transitioning into permanent talent acquisition. Most of Melissa’s recent experience has focused on specialised search assignments for clients locally and globally.
Gary Rowley
Commercial Manager
Following a successful senior management career in the manufacturing sector, Gary joined Jennifer in Galvin-Rowley Executive in 2010 and is our Commercial Manager as well as managing technical and manufacturing appointments with a range of clients. Gary Rowley has an extensive background as a senior executive in the automotive sector across manufacturing operations and large retail businesses. He has managed manufacturing facilities of 600 people and store networks of 300 stores. Having gained significant experience in Human Resource Management and Manufacturing Operations through 30 years of managing large multi-cultural workforces, Gary has been successful in the areas of recruitment, training and development, IR negotiations, manufacturing operations optimisation through cost out programs, developing metrics that matter and coaching of line managers.
