About The Role
As a Capability Development Lead, in this newly created role, you will be supporting an initial transformation phase, centered around 4 core pillars and building and coaching on these values across the business. The role will work on supporting leaders to promote change, project management, change management, stakeholder management and facilitation as well as a heavy input into design. This dynamic role combines operational excellence with strategic input to drive impactful learning experiences.

About The Role
As a Capability Development Lead, in this newly created role, you will be supporting an initial transformation phase, centered around 4 core pillars and building and coaching on these values across the business. The role will work on supporting leaders to promote change, project management, change management, stakeholder management and facilitation as well as a heavy input into design. This dynamic role combines operational excellence with strategic input to drive impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive design, consultation, planning, program management and execution of a range of capability development programs.
- Review learning programs across the business to align with the culture transformation project
- Engage with key operational stakeholders
- Support leaders to promote change
- Work closely with the Head of Leadership & Development to deliver a range of initiatives will have a national impact.
- Provide advisory support.
About You
- Degree or postgraduate qualifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or similar
- Experience in learning design principles essential from within a professional services industry.
- Instructional designers that have developed careers within Learning and Development fields are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional project management, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in professional services or legal industries is desirable.
