About the Role

As a Talent Lead, you will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services while implementing innovative sourcing strategies. This role emphasizes client service, operational efficiency, and a commitment to building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from approvals to onboarding.
  • Develop job advertisements and source top talent using creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines.
  • Lead strategic discussions on resource planning and sourcing initiatives.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Business or HR with 5-7 years’ experience in senior talent roles.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, sourcing, and talent strategy in corporate settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working in agency environments is desirable but not essential.
