About the Role
As a Capability Development Advisor, you will support firm-wide learning initiatives, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure the effective delivery of leadership, compliance, and professional learning programs. This dynamic role combines operational excellence with strategic input to drive impactful learning experiences.

About the Role
As a Capability Development Advisor, you will support firm-wide learning initiatives, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure the effective delivery of leadership, compliance, and professional learning programs. This dynamic role combines operational excellence with strategic input to drive impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the LMS, including learning records, reporting, and content updates.
- Develop and launch annual professional development programs.
- Support the delivery of leadership and compliance training initiatives.
- Coordinate the Accredited Specialist Program and New Starter Induction Program.
- Provide logistical support for training programs and liaise with external providers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Degree or postgraduate qualifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience in administering Learning Management Systems and managing training logistics.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team-focused mentality with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in professional services or legal industries is desirable.
