About the Role
As a Senior People Experience Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to implement tailored people strategies that support organizational objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of leaders while deploying annual and project-based PX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to assigned ELT & Practice Group Leaders, understanding their business objectives and working with them to build and execute appropriate PX strategies.
- Coach, guide and advise people leaders on PX issues such as organisational design, restructures and change management, performance management, remuneration and benefits, Workplace Health and Safety and general industrial/employee relations.
- Lead and support key HR projects, including talent and succession planning, performance reviews, and salary cycles.
- Collaborate with and coach HR team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Relevant Degree Qualifications.
- 5-10 years proven experience in a general PX role, with a focus on strategic business partnering within a professional services environment.
- Expertise in employee relations and industrial relations within a unionized environment.
- Strong skills in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Resilient, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
