About the Role

In this pivotal leadership role, you will work closely with senior executives to deliver effective compensation strategies and ensure compliance with all payroll obligations. You will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in enhancing employee recognition and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee remuneration frameworks and benefits programs to align with strategic goals.
  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and internal policies.
  • Lead the firm’s recognition program, promoting employee achievements and milestones.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all payroll and remuneration matters.
  • Develop and mentor a team of payroll and remuneration professionals to drive operational excellence.
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within remuneration and payroll within a professional services environment or similar.
  • Strong expertise in payroll systems and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • A track record of delivering innovative reward strategies and managing complex payroll functions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in professional services or a similar corporate environment is highly desirable.
