Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee remuneration frameworks and benefits programs to align with strategic goals.
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and internal policies.
- Lead the firm’s recognition program, promoting employee achievements and milestones.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all payroll and remuneration matters.
- Develop and mentor a team of payroll and remuneration professionals to drive operational excellence.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within remuneration and payroll within a professional services environment or similar.
- Strong expertise in payroll systems and compliance with legislative requirements.
- A track record of delivering innovative reward strategies and managing complex payroll functions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in professional services or a similar corporate environment is highly desirable.
