About the Role
As the Head of People Experience, you will lead the national People Experience (PX) Business Partnering team and the Employee Relations/Industrial Relations (ER/IR) function. You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective PX strategies. About the Role
As the Head of People Experience, you will lead the national People Experience (PX) Business Partnering team and the Employee Relations/Industrial Relations (ER/IR) function. You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective PX strategies. This is your chance to shape the future of workplace culture, engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, providing expert PX guidance and leadership.
- Lead and develop a high-performing national PX Business Partnering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee employee relations and industrial relations strategies in a unionized environment, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Champion workforce planning, diversity, and inclusion initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Deliver strategic PX projects, including talent mapping, succession planning, and performance cycles.
- Present at the PX Committee (PXC) on key policies, strategies, and operational updates.
- You bring over 10 years of experience in strategic People Experience partnering, with a deep understanding of ER/IR frameworks and Fair Work legislation within a professional services environment or similar.
- You have a proven track record in team leadership and the ability to deliver impactful PX initiatives.
- Your expertise spans employee relations, organizational design, change management, and talent development.
- You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving meaningful change.
